Meet the Characters:

Risk is a man with nothing to lose. After his childhood was taken from him, scarring him to the point that he takes unnecessary risks. Believing no one will miss him, he becomes the brother that takes chances to protect them all. Death and despair were no stranger to Risk, until one day, Hanna appears and suddenly there is reason to hope for redemption. Loss is something Risk has become accustomed to, but he refuses to lose Hanna.

Hanna has survived a brutal marriage, with a target on her back. Now it seems her ex-in-laws want to continue the persecution even after the marriage has ended. When a sexy biker looks her way, Hanna avoids him. He makes her feel too much. How can she trust her heart when it failed her so desperately in the past? Convinced that Risk and Satan’s Pride will suffer when her tortured past continues to infiltrate her life; Hanna pulls away.

But Risk refuses to let her go. Can he turn one day at a time into a lifetime?

Feel the Passion:

“I love you too, baby.” I see the tears well in her eyes. Her smaller hands wrapping around my wrist.  I can see that this is where the conflicted emotions start.  “No, sweet thing.  I had the best day with my girl and her family.  We are not going to end this day with anything less than the perfection it has been so far.”

               “But—”

“No, baby.  Tell me you love me, then I will worship your body until we are both exhausted. Followed by you sleeping in my arms all night, then wake up in the morning to the smell of croissants and we have another amazing day.” I kiss her lips softly, feeling them tremble against mine.

“Tell me, sweet thing.”  I coax her with a soft kiss.

               “I do love you, but—”

“That’s all, baby.”  I interrupt her.  “Don’t taint this moment.”  I soften my tone, letting her know how important this is to me.

Her arms snake around my back, pulling me closer, with her lips at my ear. “I love you, Javier, more that I have ever loved anyone else.”

Leaves you wanting more:

“Yes day is over, Risk.”, I say while running out of the bedroom.  I am panting, completely out of breath from the latest sex session.

“Sweet thing come here.”, his sultry voice calls to me.  I know if I turn around, he’ll have the crooked smile on his ruggedly handsome face, and he will lure me back into bed.

“Nah, uh. No way, no chance, no how.”  Don’t look back. Don’t look back.  That’s my new mantra.
